Process Quality Associate - London

Reporting to our VP Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring quality processes are in place across departments at Echobox, with a particular focus on our commercial operations. This includes helping to monitor existing processes, suggesting changes and implementing improvements where beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage quality assurance plans and provide reports on progress

  • Support the implementation of audit plans to improve programmes 

  • Assist in analysing, developing and reviewing business processes, and implementing change where necessary

  • Review our CRM systems and help ensure data is collected accurately and consistently

Academic Qualifications

  • Degree from a reputable university

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Interest in the publishing industry
