This role can be fulfilled remotely.
You will help to execute, streamline and scale our revenue operations at Echobox. This role will involve supporting the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com environment; which includes day to day responsibility for configuring, maintaining and improving our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Operations Director to automate revenue operations processes
Design and update processes to respond to business requirements as we scale
Responsible for managing data integrity and data cleaning
Design and maintain advanced Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor performance of our Commercial Teams
Diagnose and resolve any technical problems with our Salesforce.com environment

Required Skills and Experience
Experience in working with stakeholders to design processes and configure technology solutions to complex business issues
Programming experience in Python and Java
Excellent data skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills
Experience is configuring Salesforce as an administrator
Programming experience in Apex
An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
Passion for technology and startups
