You will work closely with our Founder & CEO and our VP Operations to manage and scale enterprise sales at Echobox. You will be in charge of securing enterprise-level sales deals with publishers across the globe. You will also be responsible for a team of sales reps and it will be your responsibility to find ways to improve and increase their effectiveness. You will oversee their lead generation, improve their skills and manage their pipelines. You will also work closely with our Talent Manager to recruit the best talent, retain skilled employees, as well as mentor and motivate staff to reach their sales goals.

Degree from a top tier university
Required Skills and Experience:
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience closing enterprise-level deals for software services
Proven at building and leading sales teams
Experience in data-driven strategic decision-making
Genuine passion for technology and the publishing industry
Recent experience selling to publishers and/or brands
Previous experience in a SaaS company
Additional language skills in another key language (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean)
