Revenue Operations Executive - London

You will help to execute, streamline and scale our revenue operations at Echobox. This role will involve supporting the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com environment; which includes day to day responsibility for configuring, maintaining and improving our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Operations Director to automate revenue operations processes

  • Design and update processes to respond to business requirements as we scale

  • Responsible for managing data integrity and data cleaning

  • Design and maintain advanced Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor performance of our Commercial Teams

  • Diagnose and resolve any technical problems with our Salesforce.com environment

Academic Requirements

  • A degree from a reputable university

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in working with stakeholders to design processes and configure technology solutions to complex business issues

  • Programming experience in Python and Java

  • Excellent data skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience is configuring Salesforce as an administrator

  • Programming experience in Apex

  • An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly

  • Passion for technology and startups
