This is a fully remote role. The successful candidate can be based anywhere within an appropriate time zone which allows them to interact with clients in the North Amercian market.
You will work closely with our Founder & CEO and our VP Operations to manage and scale enterprise sales at Echobox. You will be in charge of securing enterprise-level sales deals with publishers across the globe. You will also be responsible for a team of sales reps and it will be your responsibility to find ways to improve and increase their effectiveness. You will oversee their lead generation, improve their skills and manage their pipelines. You will also work closely with our Talent Manager to recruit the best talent, retain skilled employees, as well as mentor and motivate staff to reach their sales goals.

After the successful launch of our second product, we are preparing to launch more new products in the coming quarters, and are expanding our commercial team as we scale the company. We’ve doubled our headcount in the past 12 months and are looking to increase it by a further 100% in the next 12 months.
