About the Role:
You will work closely with our Product team, Software Engineers and Data Scientists to define and execute on the future path for our product.
Understand markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth to identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy.
Rigorously determine customers' needs in a data-driven way and translate client feedback into actionable insights for further developing the product.
Understanding and prioritising this work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects.
Collaborate with your team in imagining solutions that solve these problems.
Scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can, whilst maintaining the delivery of world-class software in every release.
Be a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them. Be comfortable in making decisions without consensus.
Analyse the impact of product features, decide how to measure whether something is a success or a failure then provide insight so we can continue to improve the product in the right direction.
Minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent) preferably in a data-driven discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Maths).
Impeccable communication skills – both written and verbal.
Demonstrable analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Good tech understanding, having worked closely with engineering teams.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience working in a fast paced B2B SaaS organisation.
Excellent organisational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
Experience working with cross-functional teams within a software organisation.
