Business Development and Customer Success Associate
This is a fully remote role. The successful candidate must be a native Japanese speaker to be able to interact with the Japanese market. The role will also involve engaging with other clients in the APAC region so the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Asia, as long as they have the right to live and work there without requiring visa sponsorship.
Identifying and prioritising potential sales opportunities and key prospects within assigned territories
Supporting the sales team by initiating new client relationships and following up on new business leads
Provide responsive, empathetic and outstanding support to our customers, including through onboarding, product training and consultation to new and existing clients.
Ensure subscription and support renewal rates are high due to excellent client satisfaction and adoption.
Resolve common customer questions related to social media, integrating with and using Echobox products.
Improve the ways in which customers can help and train themselves through our knowledge based and online resources.

Required Skills and Experience

Familiarity with Salesforce
Previous experience in a SaaS company
Experience using Tableau
Experience using Zendesk
