Key Responsibilities

  • Taking charge of our social media channels.
  • Working with our product manager and developers to collect and implement customer feedback.
  • Conducting research for all areas of the business.
  • Assisting our operations team with data entry and reporting.

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum 2.1 degree from a leading university

Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using social media, ideally in a corporate context
  • Excellent time-management, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly

Preferred Skills

  • Additional language skills
  • Familiarity with the publishing industry
  • Previous tech startup experience
