You will work closely with our Recruitment Lead to help execute, streamline, and scale all aspects of the hiring process at Echobox. You will assist in measuring the efficiency of operational processes and find ways to improve and increase their effectiveness. You will help guide candidates through the recruitment process whilst sourcing the best talent to help a fast-paced startup grow.
