You will work closely with our Founder & CEO to manage, streamline, and scale the sales team at Echobox. You will be in charge of a fast-growing team of 20+ sales reps and it will be your responsibility to find ways to improve and increase their effectiveness. You will oversee their lead generation, improve their skills and manage their pipelines. You will also work closely with our Talent Managers to recruit the best talent, retain skilled employees, as well as mentor and motivate staff to reach their sales goals.
The implementation of a global sales strategy for publishers and brands
Managing the sales team
Driving revenue growth through leading large sales opportunities
Defining and developing growth strategies
Leading recruitment initiatives covering all sales functions
Setting and monitoring KPIs
Motivate staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
Propose new ideas and cash flow strategies to the board of directors and other company officers
Evaluate newly implemented sales goals and strategies
Encourage communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to prevent problems from arising

Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of sales management experience
Previous sales experience in a SaaS company
Proven at building and leading sales teams
An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
Experience in data-driven strategic decision-making
Genuine passion for technology
Fluent written and spoken English
Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean)
