Webinar Associate

Reporting to the Senior Content Manager at Echobox, the Webinar Associate is a broad and dynamic B2B marketing role in the technology sector with fantastic opportunities to learn and develop, while helping achieve team success in different aspects of modern digital marketing. You will work with other members of the marketing team on key projects and help to execute various aspects of marketing operations, processes, functions and campaigns. In doing so, you will help contribute to revenue generated from new and existing customers.

In this role, you will help develop and translate the webinar strategy as well as work on key marketing processes such as marketing automation, analytics, account-based marketing, demand generation, content marketing and user communications. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute our webinar strategy and schedule
  • Coordinate end-to-end production of webinars, liaising with various stakeholders at each stage: pre-webinar (planning, promotion, design, tracking) to post-webinar (measurement, commercial follow-up, iteration)
  • Moderate live webinars in a professional manner and lead practice sessions with presenters
  • Scale our webinar program, deploy to local markets, and develop guidelines and best practices that can be shared across the company
  • Build and maintain marketing prospect and customer databases
  • Monitor and report competitor and customer activity, trends and changes
  • Manage central repository of marketing assets and versions
  • Assist the marketing team as required

Requirements:

Academic Requirements

  • A degree from a top university 
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Passion for marketing 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • A marketing qualification and/or some previous marketing experience 
  • Experience with spreadsheets and databases
