You will work closely with our Founder & CEO to manage, streamline, and scale the commercial teams at Echobox. Depending on your past experience, you will manage one or more of the following fast-growing teams: Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Partnerships, which encompass 60+ employees. It will be your responsibility to find ways to improve and increase their effectiveness. You will also work closely with our Talent Managers to recruit the best talent, retain skilled employees, as well as mentor and motivate staff to reach their sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
The implementation of a global commercial strategy
Managing one or more of the following fast-growing teams: Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Partnerships
Driving revenue growth through leading large sales opportunities
Defining and developing growth strategies
Leading recruitment initiatives covering all commercial functions
Setting and monitoring KPIs
Motivate staff to meet or surpass organisational goals
Evaluate newly implemented revenue goals and strategies
Encourage communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to prevent problems from arising

Required Skills and Experience
10+ years of revenue-focused management experience
Previous experience in SaaS (any of the following): Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and/or Revenue Operations
Proven at building and leading teams
An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
Experience in data-driven strategic decision-making
Genuine passion for technology
Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Skills
Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish)
