About Echobox
We are a fast-growing, research-driven company building an artificial intelligence that helps online publishers overcome the challenges they face every day. Using novel AI, we are revolutionising the publishing industry and have a track record of building things that others have ruled out as impossible. Leading names from around the world rely on our product every day, including The Times, Le Monde, The Guardian, Vogue and many more.
Our Culture
We work with people who have stellar academic backgrounds, as well as the ability to think innovatively. We have a very strong work ethic but understand the importance of autonomy in getting things done efficiently. We all enjoy a great degree of freedom in structuring our work, provided we are in the office everyday and ultimately get the job done.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Engineer to help deliver our roadmap while improving how we build products by enabling better workflows, faster execution and higher-quality product decisions. This role combines product ownership with hands-on AI enablement across discovery, specifications, design, engineering, QA and more. You will help teams identify where AI can improve workflows, determine what context and structure it needs to be reliable, and integrate it into day-to-day work in ways that genuinely improve speed and quality. Alongside this, you will work closely with customers to understand user needs, identify valuable opportunities, shape solutions and guide delivery. As part of our team, you will own engineering projects, collaborate closely with other engineers, data scientists, designers and leadership to shape the future of Echobox. This role suits someone who is strategic, analytical and highly collaborative, with strong judgment and a clear ability to turn user needs and business goals into effective product decisions.
